puppy dogs and...rats?
this is our cute little puppy dog...ryan thought tights are better on heads.
i had to put in a cute picture before i tell my next tale. yes, we have rats. in our ceiling. gross. i don't really want to talk about it, but i want to show you all how awesome my husband is. we've had the exterminator come over a few times and he has found 3 rats in total. But, we started to smell something...well, let's just say, 'unpleasant.'..and couldn't wait for a weekday for the exterminator to come back, so on sunday, ryan braved the attic, the stank, and the droppings...and found our culprit. he is donning what we have now termed his "rat clothes" (including the chairman mao shirt he's wearing...appropriate, wouldn't you say?). Three cheers for Ryan!
If you're wondering why he doesn't look amused that i made him pose for a picture...it's because he wasn't.

Yuck! And I complain about cockroaches! Gives the movie "Ratatouille" a whole other meaning! And 3 cheers for husbands, who boldly go and do the dirty work! :)

hahah i am sorry that was still funny trying to fall asleep while those rats were running around and smacking the traps around haha.. hope you get rid of them.. and yes, tights are better on the head!
That is disgusting! I am so sorry....I had that some on my mission...when you can hear them in the walls and stuff at night..ugh...Ryan you are a brave man!!

Ohmygosh, I have a picture of Alex wearing this EXACT same outfit when we had to remove a dead rat from the back of our stove a few years ago. I knew these guys were clones.
ok, that's just di-nasty (Cole's combo of disgusting & nasty!!:)) glad that Ryan is following after uncle gar @ the cabin:) & that you were able to get the problem under control!!
Hey Maren! Rats?? Gross! We are having a mouse problem right now, so I know how you feel, it's disgusting! We can hear them in between our walls... it's horrible.
