Lucy is obsessed with her feet. Whenever I take off her shoes the socks have to come off also. Then imediately she goes to pick at the nasty junk in between her toes. She is a little OCD about it. I think it is funny, I need to teach her how to take them off without just pulling on them from the toes.
Thanks for the sweet ballet comment! It was fun to hear from you! Leah (as you know:) is the cutest little girl! I'm so impressed with all your running success--it's such a motivation.
It's cute now. But just wait until you are running late for church and your child screams and cries that she doesn't want socks on so you decide to just carry the socks and shoes and the child until the door is literally open and the child screams that she must have her socks and shoes ON before she goes out the door and then as soon as she's in the car she promptly kicks shoes off, pulls socks off and makes you late for church because you're sitting in the church parking lot trying to force your child to put on her socks and shoes and go into the church (and you are trying not to use any naughty words all the while, because after all, you are on your way in to church). Sigh. It happened last Sunday...
Have you tried putting (clean) socks on her hands? This was a fav of Lauren's. I also showed her how to make sock puppets....sigh...who knew socks had so many uses!
Hey, Maren! I used Shutterfly to print my books, but I used Creative Memories digital scrapbooking software to create the pages. Good luck with your book!! I hope that you will post your pages. I'd love to see them.
