rinconada pool
today leah and i went to a local children's pool in palo alto with some other moms and kids in our ward. it was a lot of fun. leah loved the water splashing over her legs and was content to sit in the water for more than an hour while she softly kicked and splashed. merwin here we come!!
after about an hour, she decided she had had enough, so i put her on my shoulder and she fell asleep. she hasn't done that in a few months! it just about melted my heart. i think she was dreaming about her daddy and how much she misses him while he's out of town.

Maren-you look so great as always, but especially right after your baby! I can't believe you are training for the San Francisco Marathon-those hills have got to be killer. Good Luck!
mare i agree with alysha.. you look amazing...i wish i were going to merwin.. i showed ed the pictures rach just posted and told him we HAVE to go there next year. leah looks adorable and i miss you guys:( and ryan is already gone??
those are precious pictures! You do look fabulous. I have always been jealous of your arms. Busath arms are just not pretty. Oh well! Where is Ryan?

Well, sheesh, I thought maybe I was going to be original when I was thinking: "I have to make a comment about how great Maren looks!", until I read all the other comments...
Now, we don't want your head to get too big, so really Maren, could you motivate yourself a bit more and quit being so lazy after having Leah and just do something???
