we love visitors!

Ryan's aunt and uncle stopped by for a quick one-day visit. They were in Boston for a wedding and decided to spend part of their trip touring the Upper Valley.

They treated us to breakfast at Lou's in Hanover. Then we walked through Dartmouth campus, specifically the Baker-Berry Library and {the underground Labyrinth that is} Tuck.

Ryan had some meetings to attend after that, so Kate and I took them on a tour of the Joseph Smith Birthplace Memorial in South Royalton, VT. Then we headed to the Quechee Gorge Village in Quechee, VT to taste test cheese and maple syrup and go to the toy museum. After that, we hit up King Arthur Flour for a delicious lunch and to pick up a few last minute treats. But apparently all the pictures of their faces are on their camera??

Kate was a charmer for sure, which was unexpected and awesome all at once. Leah was at school all day, but they did get to see her for a few minutes when they brought me back home.

They missed the splendor of a colorful fall by a few weeks, but hopefully everything else made up for it. We really live in a cool place. And we'll accept visitors at any time.

Thanks S and T!!
