so grateful for running. i've said it before. i'll say it again, i'm sure. it makes me happy. i'm not fast. i'm not "good." in fact, i look horrible while i'm doing it. but it makes me happy and it keeps me healthy. and for that, i am grateful.

p.s. love having new shoes! aren't they shiny!?
